The service
Hosphi is software for Indian outpatient clinics. It covers registration, the queue, consultations, prescriptions, follow-ups, reports and public doctor pages.
Hosphi is a tool for clinic staff. It does not replace the clinic's clinical judgement, record-keeping duties or legal obligations.
Invitation-only accounts
Hosphi is invitation-only. There is no public signup. An organisation owner invites staff and gives each person a role at each clinic.
Keep your sign-in details private and use your own account. Tell us if you think an account has been compromised. The clinic is responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
Clinic responsibilities and patient consent
The clinic is responsible for the patient data it enters and for having a lawful basis to collect it. That includes patient notices and consent where the law requires them.
The clinic must keep its staff list, roles and clinic details accurate. Hosphi processes patient data on the clinic's instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hosphi to break the law, to access another organisation's data, to interfere with the service, or to resell access without our written permission.
Do not upload malicious code or use the service to send spam. We may suspend an account that puts patients, clinics or the service at risk.
No billing, clinical advice or emergency use
Hosphi does not process billing, invoices or payments. Fees are collected offline, outside Hosphi.
Hosphi does not provide clinical advice and is not a medical device. The clinician decides the diagnosis, prescription and follow-up.
Hosphi is not for emergencies. Use the emergency services and the clinic's own urgent-care process.
Availability
We work to keep Hosphi available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures and third-party outages can interrupt it.
During the pilot, features may change as we learn from the clinics using them. We will tell the clinic about material changes.
Intellectual property
Hosphi owns the software, design and brand. The clinic owns its patient data and the content it publishes.
The clinic gives us a limited licence to host and process that content so we can run the service. That licence ends when the data is deleted, subject to legal retention.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hosphi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
Our total liability for a claim is limited to [liability cap]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will stay on this page with its effective date.
If a change materially affects a clinic, we will tell the clinic's main contact before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means the clinic accepts the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the courts at [venue].
